Story Line :

A writer at the peak of his literary success discovers the steep price he must pay for stealing another man's work. (The Words)"Wanted to like this well-intended film, with an impassioned performance by Bradley Cooper, can't change my reaction to a meandering, even creepy, framing device with Dennis Quaid and Olivia Wilde." -- Keith Simanton ( The Words)

The Words had its world premiere at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Prior to its official premiere and following a press and industry screening at Sundance, the film was purchased by CBS Films for $2 million with a $1.5 million print and advertising commitment.(The Words)The film is tentatively scheduled for release in fall 2012.Young writer Rory Jansen finally achieves long sought after literary success after publishing the next great American novel. There's only one catch - he didn't write it.THE WORDS is an ambitious film.Considering the cast, it’s not much of a surprise to say that THE WORDS is well acted, although the Wilde story line seems completely extraneous by the time the film is overA struggling writer (Bradley Cooper) finds a manuscript for a sprawling novel, and passes it off as his own. The novel is universally acclaimed as a masterpiece, but soon, an old man (Jeremy Irons) shows up to claim the manuscript as his own..

STORY LINE : Total Recall is an action thriller about reality and memory, inspired anew by the famous short story “We Can Remember It For You Wholesale” by Philip K. Dick. Welcome to Rekall, the company that can turn your dreams into real memories. For a factory worker named Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell), even though he’s got a beautiful wife (Kate Beckinsale) who he loves, the mind-trip sounds like the perfect vacation from his frustrating life – real memories of life as a super-spy might be just what he needs. Finding himself on the run from the police – controlled by Chancellor Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston), the leader of the free world – Quaid teams up with a rebel fighter (Jessica Biel) to find the head of the underground resistance (Bill Nighy) and stop Cohaagen.

Total Recall, will be back on the silver screens this summer.

I welcome Colin Farrell's return to mainstream acting, even if it has to be in the form of remakes.

Story Line :

A novelist struggling with writer's block finds romance in a most unusual way: by creating a female character he thinks will love him, then willing her into existence. (Ruby Sparks )

We've seen (Ruby Sparks ) so many indie-minded filmmaking duos come and (sort-of) go that I was getting a bit neurotic about the absence of Little Miss Sunshine directors Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton; not to be rude, but look what happened to Jared + Jerusha Hess afterNapoleon Dynamite, or Robert Pulcini - Shari Springer Berman after American Splendor. The other thing worth noting here is the presence of Zoe Kazan in front of the camera in the titular role, and behind the scenes as the screenwriter of this romantic comedy that sounds like a classic Fox Searchlight formula, and I mean that in a good way. And lest we forget that Kazan and Paul Dano have been hitched before, albeit in a tenuous way in Meek's Cutoff.

Ruby Sparks is an upcoming romantic comedy film directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris and written by Zoe Kazan. It stars Paul Dano as a struggling novelist whose fictional character Ruby Sparks, played by Zoe Kazan, comes to l ife.

I think of the whole Ruby Sparks movie as a metaphor Ruby Sparks for the beginning of a relationship, says Zoe Kazan, who wrote the film and stars as Ruby . “When the other person burps, it’s cute. And then when you get a year into that relationship, it’s like, ‘God, with the burping again?''

Emily (Kathryn McCormick), the daughter of a wealthy businessman, arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer, but soon falls in love with Sean (Ryan Guzman), a young man who leads a dance crew in elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs. The crew, called the MOB, strives to win a contest for a major sponsorship opportunity, but soon Emily's father (Peter Gallagher) threatens to develop the MOB's historic neighborhood and displace thousands of people. Emily must band together with Sean and the MOB to turn their performance mobs into protest mobs, or risk losing their dreams to fight for a greater cause.

I think we can all agree that giant metal, bi-pedal war machines are pretty badass. I also think that many of you can agree that you would love to drive one of these walking tanks. Lumbering across the battlefield, shaking the earth and bowels of the enemy alike, these huge mechas strike imposing figures against the organic landscape. It’s been a little while since we’ve had a game that puts your but in the seat of one of these iron beasts. But are you ready to join up and enlist for the heavy armored unit? Capcom and From Software sure hope you are and have revived an odd little game from several years ago. Read on to find out why this is an important first step forward and a few missteps to the side in the full review after the jump.

The Babymakers (2012)
Adventure - Comedy
Director: Jay Chandrasekhar
Writers: Peter Gaulke, Gerry Swallow
Stars: Paul Schneider, Olivia Munn and Kevin Heffernan.
Story line:
The Babymakers is a ‘Comedy’ about a couple who are struggling to have a baby, and when the guy’s sperm count is low, he breaks into a sperm bank to steal back sperm he donated years before.
I put the word ‘Comedy’ in quotes above because The Babymakers is directed by Jay Chandrasekhar and stars Olivia Munn. I can’t tell you how far the corners of my mouth are drooping right now, but it’s a lot. And it’s a lot because I’m not laughing. Argh.
To explain the plot a bit more, the main character is trying to get his wife pregnant, but due to his age or some such stuff, he can no longer get his little guys to do their job. Years before he was a sperm donor, and some of his sperm is still being held by the sperm bank, so he’s going to get back that good sperm to get his wife all preggers. Craziness occurs. Humor… does not ensue.
The film follows a couple, Audrey (Olivia Munn) and Tommy (Paul Schneider), who desperately want a baby to complete their family. When they discover that Tommy is currently shooting blanks, he resorts to desperate measures when he conceives of a plot with a few of his friends to break into a sperm bank in order to retrieve some of the sperm he donated in his youth.
